  1. “Private Internet Access is a company that is well known for having good customer service.” Maybe back in 2012 when you wrote this. Not now. In fact they’re now known for horrible customer service. The hundreds and hundreds of customer complaints posted on their forums and reddit channel prove it. Submit a trouble ticket and you’re lucky if they ever respond at all, and if they do it’ll be days, sometimes weeks. I’ve been a long time PIA subscriber. They were a good value with fast servers and okay support when I first signed up several years ago. But in the last two years they started going down hill, and in recent months in particular it’s been an utter fiasco. They’re no longer a good value. There are far better vpns for the same or even less money now.

  2. Can ya guesstimate the average speed in a mb number?

  3. Is there a contract I have to sign? Ya know, like 24 months to get the 7$ price? Looking for something cheap for my ipad, but don’t want to sign up long term.

  4. Private Internet Access is very good. I paid for a month and after that I have signed up for a year. I get no reduction in bandwidth, with so many servers; 0 down time and Easy to use. Highly Recommended.
